The Wellness Support Hub is a portal that has been created by St Teresa’s Hospice to help people with life-limiting illnesses. It also has information for carers of people with life-limiting illnesses. We have aimed to make gaining access simple whilst keeping the service for Hospice members only.
If you are new to the Wellness Hub you will need to register before you can gain access to all of the content.
Our administrator will then approve your registration and notify you. They may get in touch for further information.
Once registered you can log-in to gain access to all of the content. The menu is accessed via the icon at the top right.
Who owns and manages the Wellness Hub?
The portal is owned and updated by St Teresa’s Hospice, registered charity number 518394. We provide palliative and end of life care and support to residents of South Durham & North Yorkshire and their carers.
The Wellness Hub is part of our continuous endeavor to provide the best possible care to those who need it. Please get in touch if you have any queries or concerns regarding the site.
Can I access bereavement support?

I have an emergency who do I contact?
If you need help immediately, please call 999. If you need less urgent support, please contact the Rapid Response Team on 07720 947 430. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
